The customer then logs on to their PURL which is unique to each campaign. From simple profiling exercises to complex fulfilment programmes, the PURL delivers a unique customer experience for every user. More importantly, each experience is captured, so that you can learn more about your customer needs.

The findings from each customer visit can be passed directly to the sales team via email, text message, or a downloadable file. The sales team can follow up as appropriate. This may include:

  • Sending a text message.
  • Delivering a personalised mail pack based on customer inputs and/or responses to their PURL.
